Lately...
Sorry, I haven't posted anything! Now I am going to catch up. Thanksgiving was wonderful. We were able to spend it with both of our families. The weekend following Thanksgiving our lovely niece Kennedy had her third birthday party! I can't believe she is 3. Our little ones are growing up so fast. Here are some pictures:

Halloween
Day before Halloween
The day before Halloween was pretty busy for us. Austin had a Halloween party at school and I helped out and made the party favor bags for all the kids. Then Gingers mom told me that downtown Midlothian was having an event for the kids. They sure did get tons and tons of candy from it! Wow it was really fun. I am definitely going next year.
Here is Austin eating and listening to a story.

Halloween Party
The kids went to a Halloween party at our friend Sierra's house. She really knows how to decorate for Halloween. Austin enjoyed playing with all the different Halloween decorations, but Kayla was a little hesitant at first. Austin and Kayla had cookies for a snack, decorated a pot to plant pumpkin seeds and left with a Halloween treat bag. Of course they enjoyed running around and being crazy with friends. (P.S.- I forgot to reset the date on my camera after I changed the battery, so that is why it says 1-1-2003 on the photos.)

TrUnK or TrEaT
I took the kids to a Classic Car Trunk or Treat in Uptown Village. Austin liked looking at all the cars. This Halloween Austin chose to be Bumblebee and Kayla is Super Girl. It was fun the kids got candy and popcorn. They got to see Winnie the Pooh, Elmo, Dora and Diego.

1st day of M.D.O. for Kayla
Little Kayla had her first day of mother's day out. She was all smiles. Ms. Kim is her teacher and said she was wonderful. The director of the school Mrs. Tina said Kayla was excellent and had a great first day. She will go on Fridays for what the school considers Friday Fun, it is for siblings.

Pumpkin Farm
We took a trip with my friends Andrea, Sierra and their kids to Mainstay Farm in Cleburne, Tx. They had a great pumpkin patch and lots of things to do. It rained on us for a little bit, but we didn't mind at all! The kids loved running around and jumping on the hay bales, to enjoying a very fun hay ride. Austin couldn't wait to pick out his pumpkin he only asked me about ten times. On the other hand Kayla couldn't decide on a pumpkin.
Take 3. Oh yes and Take 4 is at the top. It's not easy taking a picture of two kids.
